1. Agreement

By using Lens at newrebellion.network/lens you agree to these terms and the New Rebellion Terms of Service. Lens is operated by New Rebellion Pty Ltd (ABN 19 688 435 985). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Lens Does

Lens is a free AI-powered marketing audit tool. It runs a conversational assessment and generates a scored report with industry benchmarks and recommendations. You can optionally connect your Google Analytics, Search Console or Google Ads account to pull read-only data into the audit.

3. Eligibility

/You must be at least 18 years old

/You represent that you have authority to agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent

4. Your Data

Lens does not require account registration. You provide a first name to personalise the experience. Business information and marketing data you share is used to generate your audit report and to contribute to anonymised industry benchmarks (no individual business data is published or shared).

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. We are not liable for recommendations based on inaccurate or incomplete information.

5. Google API Integrations

Lens offers optional integrations with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Ads via OAuth 2.0. By connecting any of these accounts you:

/Grant Lens read-only access to the relevant data for the purpose of generating your audit report

/Acknowledge that Lens requests only read-only scopes (analytics.readonly, webmasters.readonly). We cannot modify, delete or write to your Google configurations

/Understand that access tokens are stored temporarily (up to 24 hours) then automatically deleted

/Can revoke access at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions

6. Limited Use Disclosure

Lens's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

/We only use Google API data to provide the marketing audit service to you

/We do not transfer Google API data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service (processing via the Anthropic Claude API to generate your report), as required by law or with your explicit consent

/We do not use Google API data for serving advertisements

/We do not allow humans to read your Google API data unless you provide affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes or it is required by law

7. Intellectual Property

The Lens platform including its design, code, branding and methodology is the intellectual property of New Rebellion. Audit reports generated for you are provided for your use. Share them at your discretion.

You retain all rights to the business information and data you provide. By using the service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your information for the purpose of delivering the audit and contributing to anonymised industry benchmarks.

8. AI-Generated Content

Reports are generated using artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude). AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Reports are provided as general marketing guidance. They do not constitute professional advice.

Verify recommendations independently before making business decisions. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

/Use the service for any unlawful purpose

/Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service

/Use automated tools to scrape or extract data

/Upload malicious files or content

/Impersonate another person or entity

/Use the service in a way that could damage, disable or impair its operation

10. Availability

Lens is a free service. We do not guarantee uptime, availability or continuity. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may also update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, New Rebellion Pty Ltd and its directors, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless New Rebellion Pty Ltd from any claims, losses or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms or your violation of any third party rights.

13. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
